David Bowie Lodger dressing room print.
Taken by legendary photographer Brian Duffy, this is a ‘behind the scenes’ image of Bowie in his dressing room on the photoshoot for the cover of the album: ‘Lodger’.
In 1979 Duffy walked away from the world of photography and took the extreme step of burning his own work in the yard of his studio.
Much of his work was destroyed.
The prints available on this site are taken from the negatives that were saved.
In conjunction with the Duffy Archive we present this official Giclee estate stamped print, produced by the Duffy Archive.
This print is available in two sizes ready mounted in a black acid free mount.
